We found Ann to be an excellent partner in the sale of our home in Hopedale. Before listing our home, Ann advised on the set up of each room to maximize the showing potential of our home. Also establishing a competitive asking price and listing timing. Once listed Ann generated so much interest that we had six showings in one day, and accepted an offer on our house within days of listing, having had five offers, three over asking price. We found Ann to pay close attention to detail throughout the sales process, chasing up fire department, the radon testing and mitigation, and insuring the buyers stayed on track with their commitments. As I sit here in Florida this morning, I started to think about 3 years ago and our decision to sell our home in Mendon.

First of all after living in our home for 28 years it was a hard decision to make for both of us. We decided to get ahold of you to help us in this process and get some direction. I remember that first meeting very clearly.

We made it very clear that yes we were friends but this was a business decision and we wanted to make the best decision from a business point of view. Friendship did not matter!  Weather we hired you was going to depend on your approach to us as to how you were going to help us and market our home in the best possible light.

We spent quite a bit of time talking about our potential listing. One thing was clear to us after our discussion. You made it very clear how you felt you could market our home and get us the best possible sale marketing our house. You left and did your homework.

Coming back in a few days with homes listed that were comparable to ours was spot on. Further you gave us great advise on what we could do to improve the chances of getting our price. We signed on and listed with you. We also took to heart your recommendations and set up a game plan to have our house ready to sell in a 2 week period.

Our home was listed and it took only a few days from initial listing to get an offer for the exact amount we wanted. We were impressed! We were within 2 weeks of closing when you were informed of the buyers not being able to secure a mortgage. While we were disappointed, we had confidence that this was a minor setback. The house was re listed for more money then it had been just a little over a month and a half ago. To make a long story short we had another buyer in the first week it was back on the market.

You Ann, made all the difference in the world thru this process! You were honest in your assessment of our property and very much a trustworthy advisor in this process. A true professional that was up front with everything from start to finish.

As you know we were in Florida when our house closed. I had a conversation right after the closing with our attorney. She was very complementary in our discussion about you as our agent. You were on top of everything from beginning to end. She stated what a pleasure it was to work with you and wished all Real Estate agents paid as much attention to detail as you did. That is a true compliment.

This was the second home that we have sold. It can be a very complicated process as ours was ! We were very fortunate to have you steering the ship thru this process for us. You never took your hand of the wheel.

We thank you very much for your attention to detail. I could not imagine anyone trying to  sell a property without a competent professional as yourself. You have our highest recommendation.
